CAVE
The Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE) is an association which exists to encourage and support enology and viticulture in Colorado. CAVE promotes the interest of Colorado grape growers and wineries in legislative and political matters, provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and to disseminate current information pertaining to optimum winemaking and agriculture practices for vineyards in the area. CAVE seeks to establish contacts and relationships with other associations, both regional and statewide, to further development and growth of the industry. Colorado Winefest Events
The Colorado Urban Winefest and Colorado Mountain Winefest events are fundraisers for CAVE. All funds go toward education, seminars, research and equipment purchases to improve the grape growing and winemaking of Colorado wines. Thousands of wine lovers attend Colorado Winefests to sample a growing array of Colorado wines and participate in a variety of events and seminars, winery tours and food and wine pairings. 2nd Annual Colorado Urban Winefest - June 9, 2012
Come spend a Saturday in the heart of downtown Denver with Colorado wines!

The second annual Colorado Urban Winefest will be held June 9 from noon until 6 p.m. in Sculpture at the Denver Performing Arts Complex. A perfect way to explore Coloradowines!

Taste wines from over 40 Colorado wineries. Enjoy gourmet food trucks and artisan booths. Listen to live music and participate in free seminars, including Wine 101, an interactive Wine Wheel, X-treme Food & Wine Pairing and–yes, even a Sommelier Shoot-Out!

Adding to the fun of the Festival in the Park, June 3-10 has been proclaimed Wine Week by Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and is filled with a wide range of exciting activities.
